Kristen N. Worak

PARTNER

Much of Kristen Worak’s civil litigation practice is focused on the defense of governmental entities, their employees, and elected officials involving Constitutional and tort claims. Kristen has experience in drafting structured briefs at both the trial and appellate level in both state and federal courts. Her high level of integrity is an asset to clients, both governmental and private, in the counseling of matters regarding management of personnel and common challenges faced by employers. Her work in litigation of claims against municipal entities is an advantage when advising government entities on administrative matters and regulatory & statutory compliance.

A native of Paducah, Kristen is dedicated to the growth and health of her community.  She volunteers with organizations devoted to the assistance of children, including LOTUS (formerly PASAC) as well as the Paducah Day Nursery.
